Situated just outside of the village of Camrose and 6 miles from Nolton Haven Beach, this delightful converted farm building enjoys a wonderful rural location. The converted barn is set in a farm of 36 acres of conservation and farmland which include a pond, river and Special Areas of Conservation. The owners (who live in the Farmhouse much of the time) welcome you to explore parts of this land, please remember to bring your wellington boots. Within walking distance of the property is a welcoming country pub which serves food. Haverfordwest, the County town of Pembrokeshire, is just 2 1/2 miles away and offers a good selection of individual shops.

Accommodation

The entrance is into the open-plan
KITCHEN, DINING and SITTING ROOM which has a high open beamed ceiling and a slate floor. The sitting area has a multifuel stove and is furnished with two large comfy sofas, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, iPod dock, CD/radio, coffee table and a bookcase with a good selection of books and games. The dining area has a farmhouse style table and chairs and over table lighting. The kitchen is fitted with a range of Shaker style cupboards with concealed appliances which include gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven and automatic washer/drier.
There are two DOUBLE BEDROOMS, both with en-suite facilities.
BEDROOM 1 is approached from the dining area by two steps and has an open beamed ceiling, slate flooring with rugs, kingsize bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and double doors to the patio area.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a bath with overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin.
BEDROOM 2 is approached on the level from the sitting area and has a slate floor with rugs, high beamed ceiling, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and country views.
EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM is suitable for disabled persons as it has a special "wet room" floor with a drive in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
The bedrooms are very prettily decorated in a New England style and the beds have duvets which will all be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
A travel cot and highchair are available although this property is not suitable for toddlers as there are low walls and a pond outside.
There is a shared prettily planted garden and lawn to the rear of the barn which the owners care for and a patio area in front with furniture for the exclusive use of the cottage.
Ample off road parking.
There is ramped access from the parking area which makes the property accessible to the disabled. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
There is full oil fired central heating throughout the property, this is charged at a flat rate of £20 per week between October and April and included in the rental at all other times.
This is a no smoking cottage.
Towels are included in the rental.
