There is a selection of sandy beaches and secret smugglers coves, the Coastal Path with its dramatic scenery, sweeping wooded valleys, the Preseli Hills with their iron age fortresses, Neolithic burial chambers and an ever changing kaleidoscope of flora and fauna. Adjacent to properties reference 420 and 421. Grounds have grassy trails and tree-lined paths leading to picnic spots and viewpoints. Excellent walks in the Gwaun Valley (from 1/2hr - 2hrs plus) without having to take the car - ending up in the local pub.
Entrance into large open-plan kitchen/dining and sitting room with open beamed ceiling. The kitchen area has a range of fully fitted units, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and an automatic washing machine. The spacious sitting room has a sofa, comfortable easy chairs, colour TV, woodburning stove and items of occasional furniture. The dining area has a table with 5 chairs. There are two bedrooms which are prettily decorated and provide a double bed and single beds. There is ample bedroom furniture. The single beds can be converted into bunks if required. There are duvets for beds and fresh linen is provided. The very attractive bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and wash hand basin. Sorry, no pets. A cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided on request. There is full oil fired central heating throughout the cottage. Heating and electricity are charged for according to use.
