The owners have made every effort to ensure that you will enjoy the surrounding grounds by creating an idyllic nature trail and safe play areas. Nearby in the Gwaun Valley is "Bessie's Pub", where real ales are served from an enamel jug and you will receive a warm Welsh welcome. Adjacent to Refs 420 and 422. All properties have private patios facing the sun and have their own chairs and picnic table. Large mown playing field within grounds near to cottage (but not too near for noise to be a problem). Very safe, having no direct access to roads etc. Ideal for football, cricket, bike rides, frisbees, flying kites, tennis etc.

Entrance into open-plan lounge/kitchen and dining room. The lounge area is furnished with a sofa, comfortable easy chairs, colour TV, a woodburning stove for chilly evenings, a good supply of books and games and items of occasional furniture. The kitchen has a range of fully fitted units, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and an automatic washing machine. The dining area has a pine dining table and 4 chairs. There are two prettily decorated bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, whilst bedroom 2 has single beds. The beds, which all have duvets, will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. The bathroom has a bath, electric shower, WC and wash hand basin. There is full oil fired central heating throughout the cottage. All fuel and electricity is charged for according to use. Sorry, no pets. A cot, highchair and stair gate are available on request. This property is between properties 420 and 422. Parking for 2 cars. Towels available on request - £3 per person.
