The entrance leads into the sun lounge which has a quarry tiled floor, and is furnished with dining table, chairs and occasional furniture, access to the utility area which houses the automatic washing machine is through the sun lounge. The kitchen/breakfast area contains pine fitted cupboards, gas cooker, Rayburn cooker, fridge freezer, microwave oven and breakfast table and chairs. The lounge is full of character and has an inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove, sofas, easy chairs, digital TV and items of occasional furniture. The bathroom is on the ground floor and contains a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom contains a hand made low double bed and the second bedroom contains twin beds with a folding bed for occasional use. Bedlinen is provided for all the beds which have duvets. A cot and highchair are provided. Dogs and cats are welcome at this property. Oil fired central heating and additional solar hot water system is included in the rental if required, electricity charged accordingly. There is ample parking. Barbecue and garden furniture are provided and there is a small pond in one of the gardens surrounding the cottage. Towels are available on request - £3 per person.
