Ample grounds of 70 acres of fields, woodland and lake surround the cottage and guests are welcome to enjoy relaxing walks through the owner's fields and woodlands. The owner has a 1.5 acre lake nearby. The location is convenient to all amenities and the countryside pursuits of pony trekking and coarse fishing are available nearby. he cottage is within easy driving distance of numerous sandy beaches along the South Pembrokeshire coastline.

Accommodation

The owner has taken great care when renovating the cottage to retain its character and charm throughout. The entrance opens into the lounge/dining room which is spacious and tastefully furnished. The main features of this room are the large inglenook fireplace with logburner (logs available) and beamed ceiling; the furnishings comprise 2 comfortable settees, Sky TV, DVD, CD player/radio and items of occasional furniture. The dining area contains a pine dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with fitted units, electric oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and automatic washing machine. The ground floor bathroom contains bath and separate shower, wash hand basin and WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom contains a pine double bed, the second bedroom contains twin beds and a Z-bed is available for occasional use. Bedlinen is provided for the beds, which have duvets. A cot and highchair are provided. There is a patio with sitting out area and lawned area to the rear of the cottage. Garden furniture is provided. Regrettably no pet as the owner has his own very friendly dog. There are night storage heaters throughout the cottage. Electricity is included in the rental.
